Regular/students registration fee includes the attendance of all scientific sessions, the proceedings on USB, coffee breaks, lunches, the ice breaker reception, and the conference dinner.
The fee for accompanying persons covers the ice breaker reception, and the conference dinner.
Students are committed to send a certificate of enrolment from their university to icossar2017(at)tuwien.ac.at as proof of status. A student ID is not accepted.
Final papers will be scheduled for presentation only after the registration fee has been paid in full! If full payment has not been received by 16 June 2017, the paper will NOT be scheduled for presentation.
Each paper needs one registration. Each participant may present one paper.

For cancellations of registrations received by 15 June 2017, 70% of the invoice total will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds are made.
